In most cases, our animal patients are referred to us by regular daytime veterinary hospitals during the hours they are closed. Additionally, a pet with particularly serious problems may be referred to us directly from a family veterinarian during the day in anticipation of the need for 24-hour monitoring. In either case, we keep in close touch with your veterinarian, who will provide the required follow-up care. Medical records, including diagnostic materials such as radiographs, are shared so all the patient's caregivers can follow the progress of the case.
